Masia Dutti Brut:
is elaborated with best white grapes selection from Requena country, looking for a major complexity and joining in the same product clusters form different soil’s composition. The grapes have been pressed softly, keeping just noblest fraction of the must, in order to achieve the delicacy that the Masia Dutti expresses. Another fact about Masia Dutti is that it has been fermented. The first fermentation and second fermentation (in bottle), had been achieved at a low temperature (16 ºC) looking for a wide flavor range. The fruity and floral flavors are very characteristic to this Spanish product.
Dosage:
The dosage used is achieved by maintaining the same base wine and respecting to the original characteristics of this product.
Tasting notes:
Masia Dutti Brut has a brilliant pale yellow color, with green tonalities, fine bubble and persistent foam. It develops intense aromas of pear and apple with lime and white flowers notes. In the mouth, it results fresh, with very well integrated acidity leaving a floral taste long and elegant.
Food pairing:
This complex drink encourages to a second glass. It is recommended to be taste during all the meal. It is ideal for all type of fish, seafood and rice. Also is unique when it complements to a good Carpaccio, well marinated, or with amaki or sashimi.
