Description
Masia Dutti Rosé Brut:
has been elaborated with the best red grapes from Requena. The grapes are from low crops and have an average of 50 years. The grapes have been pressed softly, keeping just the noblest fraction of the must to achieve the delicacy that represents the product. Both first and second fermentation (in bottle), have been achieved at a low temperature (16 ºC) aiming for a wide flavor range.
Dosage:
The dosage used is achieved by maintaining the same base wine and respecting to the original characteristics of this product.
Tasting notes:
Masia Dutti Rosé Brut has a bright red color with purple tonalities, fine bubble and persistent foam. It develops intense aromas of red berries with strawberry and white flowers notes. Into the mouth, it results fresh, with very well integrated acidity leaving a long and elegant fruity taste.
Food pairing:
This complex drink encourages to a second glass. It is recommended to be tasted during all meal. It is ideal as an appetizer and with all fish types.
Consumption recommended at 6 – 7ºC.
