ROSÉ SEMISECO:
Masia Dutti has been elaborated with best red grapes from Requena. They have low crops and they are, as an average, 50 years old. They have been pressed softly, by keeping just noblest fraction of the must to achieve the delicacy that expresses this Masia Dutti. Even more it has been fermented, first fermentation and second fermentation (in bottle), at low temperature (16ºC) looking for a wide flavour range.
Dosage:
The dosage has been elaborated using same base wine, looking for the maximum respect to the original characteristics of this Masia Dutti.
Tasting notes:
Bright red Masia Dutti with purple tonalities, fine bubble and persistent foam. It develops intense aromas of red berries with strawberry and white flowers notes. In mouth, it results fresh, with very well integrated acidity leaving a fruity taste long and elegant.
Food pairing:
This is a complex Masia Dutti, which encourages a second glass. It is recommended to be tasted during meal. It is ideal for all types of fish, and as an appetizer.
