Description
Masia Dutti Semiseco:
is elaborated with most ripe grapes selection of Macabeo variety, coming from low productive vineyards in dry farming and selected by berry tasting. It is aiming for the maximum fruity expression.
The process to extract mature aromas is an 11 hours of skin contact at 10ºC. Both, first and the second fermentation (in bottle) are carried to low temperature (16 ºC) aiming for boosting mature fruit flavor, so characteristic for this product.
Dosage:
The dosage used is achieved by maintaining the same base wine and respecting to the original characteristics of this product.
Tasting notes:
The Masia Dutti Semiseco has a brilliant pale yellow color, with kind bubble, intense white ripe fruit aromas with subtle floral notes. In the mouth is long, dense and complex, inviting to a second glass.
Food pairing:
This Semiseco is very pleasant to consume it before meals or after desserts, due to his balance between the acidic and sweet tastes. The integrated bubble leaves a clean and fresh palate. Consumption recommended at 6 – 7ºC.
